3. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout. Any Free Delivery offer will be mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
